By Helen Wortham

For that reason, I’ve got two words for you—personal trainer. Preferably, a hot, sexy lady who will bend and stretch you in all the right ways... Someone perhaps like Queen Latifah's hottie fitness coach Jeanette Jenkins.

The favored men’s and women’s track teams seem to have gone all Milli Vanilli on us—especially American sprinter Tyson Gay.
